I love this corduroy shirt! I ordered a large, I’m 5’4 160 lbs, Bust size C. First the shirt is very well made and buttons all the way from the collar to the bottom. The large unusually shaped pockets really make this top stand out. I’ve been wearing it as a jacket in WI this fall (it isn’t lined however), and have received many compliments. Looks nice with a turtle or cowl neck and I drape a scarf on the outside of the shirt for a little more warmth and color. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Pros – Thick quality fabric. Color is just right. This would make an excellent outer layer for the fall or spring.
Cons – Usually wear a large. Ordered an XL hoping to get it a little oversized and I should have gone up to an XXL. It fits, but isn’t as roomy as I was hoping for and the sleeves are on the verge of being too short. That in itself would be ok, I could make it work, but I took away two stars for the strange odor. It’s like kerosene or exhaust. Something petrochemical-ish that I can’t quite identify. I gave it a wash figuring that would get rid of the smell – like maybe this was some kind of treatment to keep the fabric from mildew or bugs while in storage, but no dice. The smell is still there and strong enough that I don’t really want to wear the shirt. It’s now outside on the line with the hope that sunshine and fresh air can do what the washing machine could not. I’m bummed about it because it could be a nice shirt. So, if you have the secret to remove strange and persistent odors, or feel like taking a chance, this is a great shirt. Order one size up for more fitted and two sizes up for a looser, jacket like fit. If you are sensitive to smells, you might want to see what else is out there.

I love this shirt / light jacket. It fit exactly as I hoped. I’m 5’5″ and wanted it to be close to knee length and over sized. For that reason I ordered the XXL and it is perfect. I’ll roll the sleeves up as I planned, and aside from that one adjustment the fit and length is ideal. The quality is great, the fabric is medium heavy and will work well with the Vancouver seasons. The colour is beautiful (coffee). A great purchase.

I was a little bit scared to buy this because of the many mixed reviews. So many people recommended sizing up, but when I read the sizing guide, it seemed like my usual medium would fit. I figured if it ended up being a bit small, that I would probably still be able to wear it over most clothes. (I wasn’t really intending to button it.) I was pleasantly surprised! It was just right, a tad oversized. The length is great, just a bit above my knees. The material is nice! It’s thick and warm enough to use as a jacket, at least where I live. It buttoned easily. I wore it out recently for the first time and received many compliments!
For reference, I am approximately 150 lbs. 5’4″ 36C

This is a nice jacket but it is cut straight and does not have the flare shown in the picture. I originally ordered a Medium, my regular size (8-10) at 5’5”. However, the jacket would barely button up which meant it could not be layered, and it was returned.
I tried again and ordered a Large, which has enough room in the shoulders and chest to add layers, but it comes down to my knees (longer than desired). The quality of the fabric and workmanship could be improved upon, but I won’t complain about the price. Corduroy is a wonderful jacket fabric for our mild winter climate, and I am looking to getting plenty of use out of it.

I’m 5’3″, weigh 115 lbs. I ordered size M. The fit is perfect: loose enough for comfort and layering but not baggy. I washed it in warm water, dried it on Low. No problems.

Love it! I am 5 feet 2 inches tall, 124lb. It comes down to my knees. Heavy weight, great pockets. Sleeves are just a tiny smidge short but it is an Asian style so that is to be expected. Fits big and baggy just like the picture, super comfy!
