10 reviews for Women’s Hooded Warm Coats Parkas with Faux Fur Jackets

  1. Patricia Mendoza Dolly

Loved this winter coat. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s very soft and fluffy!!!! Would definitely keep me warm during winter. It’s a must have and it’s super affordable. I’m 5”5 at 148lbs. I ordered a size 8 and it fit me perfectly with plenty room for layering. Added pics. Hope my review helps

  2. Kristal Flores

Me gustó que si te ayuda con el frío, y que no es muy abultada, lo que no me gustó es que quizá el color negro, se ve un poco cenizo

  3. Theresa

It was $117 then the next two days and went on sale for $45 which is so unfair

  4. Kindle Customer

I am 5’3″, weigh 180, got the size 12 and it fits perfectly!!! I love this coat, it is soo warm, no ,matter how cold it is, I feel like I’m walking outside wrapped in a blanket. I loooove it!!! This is my second one.

  5. Jennifer hopson

No complaints, I love it! It’s very warm, it actually keeps me to warm in this NC weather! The zipper is solid and there is a pull string at the waist. I was worried about size but I got a medium 8 and it’s fits perfect. It’s roomy without feeling oversized. I’m 5’3, 120lbs, my shoulders are a lil broad. A 10 would have been too big and a 6 would probably fit snug. The arm length is perfect, they don’t stop at my wrist. If I put my arms up the sleeves don’t run halfway up my arms. Shipping was quick. Also, some jackets come with a logo, mine didn’t which I was glad about. I ordered the one that said “new design”.

  6. Zi Bella

I actually like this jacket a lot. It definitely keeps you warm, very soft fabric and not heavy at all. Pocket are large and deep and zipper works great. Hood is very deep as well. Great everyday winter jacket, and the price can’t be beat.

  7. Cassidy

Couldn’t be more happy with this product! It came literally a day after I ordered, when I expected it to come much much later. Great quality for the price. Very warm and made well! Has fur lining on the inside of the body and insulated sleeves. The outside material feels water resistant. True to size, so definitely order what you are!

  8. K.C.

For reference, I am 5’7″, with a 42″ overbust (34GUK/34HUS) and around 29-30″ waist, 40″ hips. Size 10 fits me comfortably with plenty of room to spare for thick sweaters.

Very confused about all the answers saying that this coat runs small. I listened and bought a size 14 at first, and was absolutely drowning in the coat! I sized down to a 10, and found that much more successful. While it’s still roomy, it’s not absurdly so – it’s roomy enough that I can wear a thick, chunky sweater beneath the coat without any tightness/snugness. For thinner shirts, I use the waist-cinch.

The best thing about this coat is that it performs VERY well in cold weater. I walked my (insane, cold-loving) dog in 6 degrees F while wearing this coat and a thermal shirt, and I was completely comfortable. The hood is generous enough that you can easily wear an infinity scarf and beanie hat underneath the hood, but not so oversized that the hood will constantly fall down in wind. The coat hits me at the lower part of my thigh – almost my knee – which is fantastic. The arms are just the right size, with a fitted wristband to help keep cold air from getting in between where your coat and gloves meet.

Overall, this is a really good, solid coat. It’s cute and very warm and comfortable. It’s not super water-repellant, but you can go out in some drizzle or quickly in rain and be fine, but for anything more than that I’d recommend just using an umbrella. But for cold weather, this is A+ and highly recommended.

Just be careful with the sizing, I’m not sure if they redid the sizing after all the past reviews complaining about it running large or what, but in my experience, I’d recommend just sizing based on the Amazon size chart as that’s what worked for me.

  9. Mermaid

I purchased the “new” style (no patch) black coat in a 14 (I normally wear a 12 but I wanted to be able to layer underneath.)

I’m not accustomed to cold, so when I found myself in temperatures between 20 and 30 degrees outside and I’m very pleased to report that when I wear this coat with a sweater underneath, I stay surprisingly warm and toasty! In fact, when my daughter-in-law misplaced her coat, I immediately ordered another one for her and she’s really happy with it, too!

The outside is a “microfiber”-type fabric, which, if you’ve ever slept under “microfiber” sheets, you know is surprisingly warm, especially for how light and thin they are. And it’s also a quick-dry fabric.
The sleeves are lined with quilted fabric and the rest of the coat is lined with soft, teddy bear-like furry fabric. The hood is kinda over-sized and really effective in keeping my head and even face warm.

I LOVE the cuff sleeves! They’re snug but not too tight and they seem very resistant to stretching out.

I saw some negative reviews that said this coat wouldn’t withstand below-zero type temperatures and that may be correct. But the coat isn’t PRICED like a coat rated for Arctic conditions, either! If you only have $40 and you need a coat rated for -20 degrees, try a second-hand store.

The only thing I’d change is that I’d add more snaps down the front (there are 2-3)

I rely on reviews to help me decide which products to buy, so I try to “return the favor.” If you’ve found this review helpful / informative, please let me know by clicking the “yes” button below. Thanks and best wishes! Stay warm!

I am 162 lbs 5’3 41 inch bust and 35 in waist and 42 inch hips. I ordered a size 12, but it is too big for my liking so I exchanged it for a size 10 and it looks and feels much better now. the jacket is light, but very warm especially if you wear a sweater underneath. happy with my purchase. it did arrive pretty wrinkled, but leaving it on the hanger helped a lot along with using my steamer.
